At Thermend, we are excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders! We want to ensure that you have the best shopping experience, from placing your order to receiving your package.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Once your order is handed off to our shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and is on its way to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The delivery time for your order depends on your location and how quickly the courier can deliver. Below are the estimated shipping times based on your country of residence:

Please note, shipping times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to external factors like customs processing. Unexpected customs delays can affect worldwide shipping, increasing overall delivery time.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping details you provide are accurate and complete at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete details may lead to delays or order cancellations. If we detect an issue with your address, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify the details. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at help@thermend.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee updates after this time.

Delayed Delivery

We strive to ship all orders promptly, but please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. For example, weather disruptions, shipping carrier delays, or customs holdups can affect delivery times. If your order is delayed, we will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue and keep you updated.

Thermend is not liable for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we will always provide updates and support to resolve any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, it is beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at help@thermend.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf. Please note that Thermend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and they are not covered under our refund policy. However, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.

In the rare case that the courier is unable to locate your package, we suggest filing a police report.
